Orrrd is an artistic research project formed in 2012 by Norman Neumann and Gustavo Me?ndez. The project explores the construction and materiality of information systems through generated processes and performative audio/visual elements, whose different sources are edited, dispatched and linked fragmentarily. Although in this process often explores orrrd the potential of composition based on "rule-sets", the duo instead seem primarily interested in the potential of hardware; in the possibilities of algorithmic composition in puzzling signal chains.
